Viewshed Restoration

Viewshed restoration work began in 2020 and will continue into 2021. The project involves selective clearing of trees and undergrowth along the slope to restore the park’s original design intent of providing countryside views. The project work also includes removal of invasive tree and understory species. Cleared ground will be revegetated with native species that are durable and low maintenance.
